Description:This position supports the Enterprise Operations Global Financial Services (GFS) organization. The position is part of a Travel Audit team in a fast paced environment, auditing Travel Expense Reports. The team member is expected to successfully handle multiple and simultaneous tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
Responsibilities within this position may include but are not limited to:
- Auditing TDY/EDY, Travel and Business Meeting Expense Reports
- Determination of taxation and allowability
- Employee Profile setup
- Travel Analytics Support
- Completion of Post Journalization corrections
This position also requires highly developed analytical skills, to include the use of Excel. There are also opportunities for the team member to engage in process automation utilizing Excel Power Query, and RPA. This team member requires support services with business partners and customers. Effective communication, strong customer service, organization/prioritization, and analytical skills are required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant audit/financial experience
- Demonstrated ability to focus on customers' needs, provide excellent service, and effective support to partners and customers
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to offer and execute process improvements
- Strong business and professional acumen
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of the LM policies (CPS-540, CPS-541, CRX- 539, CRX-325 and TVL-001). Knowledge of SOX/Internal controls
- Knowledge of, or experience in travel expense reporting
process and applications specifically Concur
- Knowledge of Temporary and Extended Duty Assignment
process and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, and simultaneously
manage multiple tasks/priorities
- Effective critical thinking and analytical skills
