Strong resiliency-focused, engineering leadership helps protect Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) platform/weapon systems from increasingly sophisticated cyber threats. RMS Cyber Resiliency Engineering is seeking a Cyber Resiliency Engineering (CRE) Associate Manager supporting one or more programs. The CRE Asc. Manager reports to a CRE Manager.Primary Responsibilities: In your role as a CRE Asc Mgr. you will serve as the primary interface and CRE lead for one or more RMS programs and have overall responsibility for delivering engineering value through:• Directly leading the design, development, integration, test, and sustainment of cyber resiliency solutions, across the system development lifecycle on programs.• Managing the formal verification and or validation of hardware and/or software designs on programs. • Providing accurate and timely manpower forecasts and staffing resources on programs.• Ensuring appropriate levels of coordination and collaboration with other engineering resources and stakeholders on programs.• Requiring standardization and consistent application of Cyber Resiliency organizational processes, methods, techniques, and tools on programs.• Ensuring program team performance meets or exceeds all performance objectives (cost, schedule, and technical).Other responsibilities include:• Implementing cost-effective workforce planning and development strategies.• Developing annual budget requests and managing allocated budgets to meet performance targets.• Building and maintaining influential relationships with key stakeholdersTo be successful, you will work effectively throughout the RMS E&T organization, both vertically and horizontally, to build strong working relationships in the advancement of cyber resiliency strategies.Basic Qualifications:• Proven success building collaborative customer, team, and partner relationships. • Experience conducting cyber risk assessment activities including threat modeling, vulnerability analysis and analysis of mitigation solutions.• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills with the ability to drive issues to resolution involving direct interaction with senior E&T leadership.Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $114,100 - $218,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
