If so, we're looking for someone like you to help our clients and team members to meet their mission by changing the face of geospatial data analysis\.

The GIS Program Analyst will work with GIS software engineers, project managers, computer\-aided drafting staff members, construction managers, and infrastructure maintenance professionals to enhance the meaning and context of geospatial data available within Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and Space\. This position will develop new ways to find patterns, connections, and data sources to answer customer's needs\. This position will be required to effectively interface with clients to access their mission needs, gather requirements, and communicate project outcomes concisely\. This position will be vital to the design of geospatial solutions for priorities like infrastructure, topography, emergency response, and situational intelligence\. Research and visualization skills will be critical to make sure that decision makers have timely information needed to make tough decisions quickly\. This position will share their expertise with new geospatial users through leadership and mentoring, and work through strategic challenges to develop and/or streamline existing workflows\.

This is an opportunity to broaden your skillset into areas like facility management, plant engineering, environmental safety and health, and unmanned aerial vehicles \(UAVs\) while contributing to the development of geospatial systems that improves Lockheed Martin facilities\. Additionally, the successful applicant will provide project management oversight, managing aspects of ongoing projects \(such as reviewing budgets and managing schedules\), and preparing status reports\.

This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Lockheed Martin site and working remotely\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

• 4\ years of experience with geospatial project analysis using ESRI Software \- ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, ArcGIS Enterprise \(Portal and Server\)\.

• 2\ years of experience with Computer Aided Design \(MicroStation, AutoCAD, etc\.\)\.

**Desired Skills:**

• Master's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline\.

• Experience with development of custom widgets for Web App Builder\.

• Experience with the development of custom layers and layer views\.

• Experience with the use of drones in the development of 2D and 3D GIS products \(orthophoto images, point clouds, etc\.\)\.

• Additional software tools and applications:

\- Drone imagery processing software \(ESRI Drone2Map, Pix4D Capture, Context Capture\)

\- ProjectWise

\- IBM Maximo

• Experience with implementing data models and standardized GIS data formats\.

• Ability to lead a team, support project management responsibilities, and develop innovative solutions\.

• Strong interpersonal communications skills \(verbal, presentation, and written\)\.

• Strong problem\-solving skills, inquisitive mindset, energetic and self\-starting\.

• Focused on results and able to work closely with others in collaborative environment\.
