As the IT Program Manager, the successful candidate will manage and lead all the Program IT activities to include Infrastructure, Applications, New Technology Implementation and Cybersecurity as defined by the Space Sr. IT Program Mgr.

Summary of Key Duties and Responsibilities for this position:
• Establish a cost effective and robust business rhythm to manage IT Infrastructure, Applications and Cybersecurity in support of the Mission Area Programs
• Integration, strategic planning, and operation of all IT Infrastructure, Applications and Cybersecurity tasking.
• IT Project Management or leadership of Project Managers for Program IT Infrastructure, Applications and Cybersecurity
• IT Infrastructure, Applications and Cybersecurity fact finding, customer support, horizontal integration, corrective action planning, cost, schedule, technical, and risk
• Develop an Infrastructure, Applications and Cybersecurity strategic plan, coordinate with customers, and integrated program schedules
• Provide support to and use the Jira Action Item tool
• Execute a horizontal integration process with the Mission Area Programs, New Acquisitions, Space, and BA peers
• Demonstrate strong Program management skills, strong IT knowledge and is skilled in managing customers
• Provide expertise in IT Infrastructure, Applications, SWSNet, CNet, Cybersecurity, Cyber DFAR, Risk Management Framework, and DOD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP)

Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated Leadership (formally or informally) experience with IT teams and personnel
• Demonstrated IT Project Management and IT Integration experience
• Past performance managing to cost, schedule, technical & risk management
• Experience managing IT DOD requirements and processes
Desired Skills:
• Experience Teaming and Integrating with different IT disciplines and groups across a company
• IT Proposal & BOE development experience.
• Experience supporting one of the following: IT Infrastructure; IT Architecture; Applications; & Cybersecurity
• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience with risk analysis, priority management, information security trends, current industry focus areas, vulnerability management & information security best practices.
• DFARS, Risk Mgmt Framework, & DIACAP experience
• Cloud based IT Solutions/Architectures & Business Transformation experience
• Experience supporting remote sites
