Loadmaster

Description:This position is based in Greenville, SC. As a Lockheed Martin Loadmaster, this person will conduct Functional Check Flights (FCF), Test Profile Flights, training and Ferry flights on an as required basis. This position will also serve as an instructor and evaluator supporting the needs of the customer. Duties include preparation of aircraft, to include preflight, loading, unloading, and providing aircraft weight and balance. Other duties may be assigned. During non-flying time, the candidate will fill in an office role in the Training/Flight Standards department; maintaining training and evaluation records. The selected candidate must be able to work and communicate well, both written and orally, in a team environment as this position involves significant and continued interface with customer personnel at all levels. the selected candidate must be willing to work in austere remote locations supporting customer requirements. The candidate must be able to days, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays, and be able to stay away from home for up to 30 days.
Basic Qualifications:
• Candidate must have 10 years experience as a C-130/L-382 Loadmaster

• Candidate must be Loadmaster Instructor/Evaluator Certified.

• Candidate must be Functional Check Flight Certified.

• Candidate must be Airdrop qualified

• Candidate must have Night Vision Goggle experience

• Joint Airdrop Inspector experience

• ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance with an active investigation within 5 years
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge and understanding of Technical Publications

• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong verbal/written skills

• Ability to solve problems with minimal information/supervision in non-standard situations.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with an investigation within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
