The candidate will be a member of the Lockheed Martin Cyber Solutions Team supporting a US Government and commercial customer. You will be a member of the Cyber Operations Team As a MON/MA Project Manager with USPS CISO. The MON/MA program area is responsible for instantiating the Monitoring and Measurement & Analysis RMM (Resilience Management Model) processes along with instantiating identified recommendations within the area. Responsible for working with the CSOC Center of Excellence Evolution Team- RMM that oversees, evaluates, and supports documentation, validation and accreditation processes necessary to capture all monitoring requirements from CISO stakeholders or tools, and ensures the requirements are frequently reviewed. Ensures appropriate treatment of Monitoring, Measurement, risk, and compliance from internal and external perspectives. The purpose of the MON and MA Process Area Teams begins with collecting all monitoring requirements from CISO stakeholders or tools, and ensures the requirements are frequently reviewed. It is then further refined by the sustainment of a measurement capability that is used to support CISO management information needs.
Basic Qualifications:
• Cyber or Information Technology Program Management Professional with a cyber Monitoring and Measurement & Analysis discipline background.
• Holds strong skills in project management, written and oral communication, collaboration, and strategy development.
• Experience collecting monitoring requirements from stakeholders or tools
• Ensures the requirements are adequately refreshed and reviewed.
• Instantiation and ongoing maintenance of Monitoring and Measurement & Analysis-related improvement recommendations
• Writes, gathers and submits evidence of activities.
Experience refining requirements, identifying infrastructure and gaps, specifying measurements and analysis procedures, collecting and recording information from various sources, analyzing measurement data, and distributing information.
• CERTIFICATIONS: (One or more desired) CompTIA Security+ CE, CISSP OR; Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Security Essentials Certification (GSEC), OR; ISC2 Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), OR; Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Security.
• CLEARANCE: Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Designation - US Citizen or Green Card Holder. Willingness to submit to a Tier 5 Single-Scope Background Investigation (SSBI).
Desired Skills:
• Current training in RMM a plus.
• Experience facilitating, tracing and coordinating the roadmap activities of Monitoring (MON) and Measurement & Analysis (MA) for USPS through (but not limited to) the following activities:
• Instantiation and ongoing maintenance of the RMM Monitoring (MON) Process Area
• Operationalize the MON Process(es) used to establish CISO requirements.
• Critical thinking skills, both qualitatively and quantitatively.
• Ability to work well with other organizations and personnel with disparate backgrounds.
