Description:This position requires an Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.

The Security Representative will support DoD Industrial Security programs and assist the Valley Forge Facility Security Officer (FSO) as required.

Responsibilities include:

- Classified document control, security education, briefings and debriefings, personnel security management, and other tasks as required.
- Physical Security liaison for the facility, conduct investigations, crisis management, contract guard liaison, security integrator for service providers, and visitor control.
- Maintain the fundamental security requirements defined by the customer/company and program.

Candidate must be able to create presentations and training, write/develop/implement procedures, and provide excellent customer service.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
- Knowledge of the 32 CFR (NISPOM Rule) and personnel security.
Desired Skills:
- Final Top Secret clearance.
- SCI experience.
- Working knowledge of DISS, SIMS, and LM Corporate Security Tools.
- Self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working on multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to create, prepare, and deliver security-related briefings.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
