In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:• Receive and process NOPS user requests for support during current and future scheduling periods• Coordinate, negotiate, and produce a conflict-free executable NOPS operations schedule• Monitor and coordinate Remote Ground Terminal (RGT) down times with NOPS operations crews and NOPS-supported missions• Develop and execute re-plan schedule strategies during vehicle emergencies/anomalies, RGT outages, etc.• Ensure NOPS support requirements are appropriately recorded within the NOPS system• Update scheduling documentation• Achieve and maintain certification in NOPS satellite operations (augment as mission need requires)• Provide inputs to process improvements• Provide operational inputs to overall engineering development and testing• Support to various operations status, engineering review, and problem boards• Support to ground system development work, working groups, and test and checkout• Support to cross-contract operation resiliency efforts at SSFBThis position is a Blue Sky opportunity contingent on the award of the Front Range Operations and Sustainment Team (FROST) contract.Basic Qualifications:• Current Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph• Experience with solving complex and/or parallel problems• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work within a dynamic operational environment• Strong organizational skills and ability to pivot within a dynamic operational environment• Proficiency within MS Office productsDesired Skills:• Previous/current experience within NOPS or NRO mission operations• Experience with resource scheduling and satellite operations• Experience with testing, development work, or system integration• Collaborative mindset toward continuous process improvementSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/PolyOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: Rotating 40 hour week as assigned by leaderPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $82,200 - $157,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
