The Skunk Works (Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program) is looking for world class talent in Software Engineering to be a part of a team that will carry on our 75 year tradition making history in advanced aircraft development.
This position is with the Advanced Development Programs Human Machine Interface (HMI) software group in Fort Worth, Texas to be a L-Code Manager responsible for completing all activities of the ADP software team. The focus includes both program execution (cost, schedule, and technical
performance) as well as functional L-code
responsibilities (employee recruitment, labor
planning, and performance assessments).
Responsible for software design, implementation,
unit test, anomaly resolution, and supplier
coordination for ADP software. Key responsibility in leading/directing the Lockheed
Martin ADP software development team to ensure ADP program meets commitments. This includes executing to an integrated master schedule, performing to cost commitments, ensuring maximum award fee payments, and supporting new business efforts. Supports agile development, change actions and ensures engineering and program management process execution. Supports the reward systems through active feedback mechanisms. The selected
candidate will report directly to the MCS Sr.
Manager. Candidate must be eligible to obtain Special
Access Required (SAR) clearances.
The successful candidate will need to pass a security screening before interview.
A level 5 employee Typically has 14 - 20 years of professional experience
***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a Secret clearance required to start.***
