This position is for the Production Control (PC) Manager and Site Lead of Aero-Pinellas reporting directly to the Site Director and General Manager. Areas of support include (but not limited to): F-35 Canopy, F-35 Bulkhead, F-16 Canopy, C-130 Assembly, and Fabrication.

This leader will integrate, lead, and develop a team of Production Control (PC) professionals supporting LM Pinellas Production Operations.

Will provide strategic direction that aligns the PC team to achieve Prod Ops goals including requirement forecasting, constraint management, shortage control, and behind schedule mitigation.

Provides leadership and participates in continuous improvement activities (lean events, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, etc.) and incorporates solution sets to improve processes and systems. Drives implementation for affordability and producibility initiatives. Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills. Must be a problem solver with excellent critical thinking skills. Will guide implementation of best practices across the enterprise and participate in talent development.

Basic Qualifications:
- Production Control experience.
- Working knowledge of Shop Floor Control Processes and material flow systems.
- Must be able to work within allocated budget(s).
- Previous leadership, supervisory / managerial experience.
- Experience with Lean concepts
Desired Skills:
- Extensive Production Control experience.
- Must be able to build effective relationships as position requires extensive interface across organizations.
- Working knowledge of LM Aero Production Systems
-Experience leading in a manufacturing environment
- Other related experience in Production Operations including BOM Planning, Procurement, Sustainment, Warehousing, Scheduling and Demand Planning
- Ability to interface with and present to multiple levels of leadership in the organization.
- Experience with project management.
- PMP Certification

Salary : $139,400 - $262,800
