This person will work with Finance Management,
Program Management, CAMs and Finance
Analysts to ensure the program meets its financial commitments. This person will act as finance lead for the Propulsion Structures Ordnance and Controls (PSOC) directorate. This person will utilize the Earned Value Management system to measure cost and schedule performance and prepare variance reports on a monthly basis. This person will develop presentations for upper management on a weekly and monthly basis. This person will prepare Comprehensive Estimates at Completion (CEACs) and assist with proposal

Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or
related field or equivalent experience/combined education
-Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
-Previous experience with detailed analysis of data
-Experience baselining and managing large production and/or development contracts.
-Proven effective analytical skills
-Ability to multi-task in high pressure environment
-Ability to obtain security clearance
-Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
Desired Skills:
-Experience working in a team environment.
-Experience with LM Space software (Cobra, SAP)
-Leadership experience
