This position provides planning/scheduling support for various programs with Lockheed Martin Aero. Candidate will be part of the Aero DCMA EVMS Compliance Metric (DECM) team for planning, which includes running metrics, assigning monthly metrics per the Integrated Surveillance Program (ISP), updating metric instructions as needed, training, updating the results, posting artifacts, following up on Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and reviewing quality of assessments. Candidate will support AeroCode (Command Media) updates and conversations to improve clarity.
Candidate will support training effort for Aero Program Planning, inclusive of but not limited to conducting current training, creating new training, working with the Corporate Program Planning Council (CPPC) on LM wide training. Candidate will help support staffing efforts such as interviewing, onboarding, etc.
Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule. Candidate will refine knowledge of Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business organization and production.
One-on-one mentoring of planners, formal process and tools training, and leadership of team meetings are techniques that will be employed by this position in order to develop bench strength among the planning community.
**This is a full time remote position but will require <25% travel a year.**

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Experienced at developing/maintaining Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis
- Experiences delivering project briefings to internal and external customers
- Experiences with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration
Desired Skills:
- Self Starter
- Previous experience with Data Driven Metrics analysis
- Previous experience leading projects
- Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
