The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational, operational, and communication skills to manage cost, schedule and quality/technical performance of Production Operations Projects for AMMM Production. This role will create, lead, and report progress of projects to executive level staff in support of AMMM Production. The projects will include (but not be limited to) producibility as well as tactical and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
• Creation and management of project plans, associated business rhythm, as well as deliverable definition.
• Provide leadership and technical oversight to ensure performance and progress of projects.
• Ensure compliance to contractual requirements, SOW, Cost, and Schedule.
• Project management to include Resolution of Action items, Risk Management, program reviews, metric reports, supplier integration, deliverables, and proposal input, as required.
Additionally, assist the AMMM Production Operations VP in executing the AMMM Production strategic plan and supporting the team in executing to that plan, achieving full rate production goals while reducing support cost.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Prior experience managing cost schedule and/
or technical performance.
• Demonstrated Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
experience.
Desired Skills:
• Experience giving persuasive presentations.
• Demonstrated professional experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Ability to perform process improvement.
• Proficient in analyzing and summarizing complex data.
