Description:This position is for a subcontract administrator in assigned to the CSEA program within the IWSS business area. Duties include issuing RFPs, completing cost/price analysis, negotiations, documentation, purchase order maintenance, interface with functional organizations and supplier management. Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services. Prepares bid packages, conducts bidder conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts. Some limited travel may be required.
Basic Qualifications:
Daily responsibilities include delivery and procurement support for the CSEA program, including managing subcontracts, scheduling activities with the supplier, helping develop subcontract specifications and statements of works, negotiating and enforcing terms and conditions, preparing bid packages, evaluating subcontractor proposals, negotiating subcontracts, issuing properly authorized awards/subcontracts in SAP and participating in contract negotiations. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting cost analysis support, understanding procurement activity under the guidance of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS). Rare travel may be possible, depending on lifecycle of current contracts.
Hands on experience with procurement managing of suppliers or vendors. Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $55,100 - $105,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
