Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a broadly skilled Systems Requirements and Analysis Engineer with a desire to support exciting research & development activities that provide future microelectronics technologies to the DoD. The position will include performing such tasks as subsystem level requirements decomposition and traceability, technical trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition, and any studies or analyses required to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Candidate should be knowledgeable in the application of DOORS, and comfortable with developing System Requirements Analysis and Functional/Physical Architecture products. Candidate must be willing to transition to test plan and procedure documentation, execution, and reporting of test results. The candidate will also be involved with facilitating and conducting internal and external briefings and reviews and managing program action items and customer interface requirements. This job will require working seamlessly with the IPTL, SEIT, Chief Engineer, program management, customers, subcontractors, and procurement. This position will require the candidate to grow with the program extending into the integration, testing and verification of components subsystems and the system.

Basic Qualifications:
• Perform requirements definition of achievable design characteristics for an objective system.
• Synthesize design characteristics into an implementable system architecture.
• Flow system level requirements to testable structures and modular hardware and software using DOORS.
• Perform detailed trade studies
• Risk and Opportunity Management analyses.
• Define and track Technical Performance Measures (TPM's).
• Perform detail system verification activities including definition of verification methodology.
• Generate and execute a Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).
• Define system tolerances and timelines.
• Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (Cameo a plus) and DODAF views
• Experience with clearly communicating technical data at technical reviews such as SRR, PDR, CDR, TIMs, etc.
Desired Skills:
Previous experience with ASIC, FPGA, and/or analog design utilizing state of the art foundry processes
• Previous experience with systems on chip and/or processor architecture
• Previous experience in the fields of embedded Cybersecurity and/or Anti-Tamper, including system design and/or vulnerability assessment
• Understanding of NSA-approved cryptographic standards and methods. Knowledge of DOORS and requirements development / flow down
• Knowledge of AT- and Cyber-related governance, e.g., RMF, LO/CLO
• Familiarity with the DoD systems lifecycle
• Familiarity with airborne platform design and/or operations
• Systems Engineering experience with Open System Architecture design and partitioning.
• Prior embedded system design experience
• Ability to teach and mentor team members to grow and develop a highly functioning team

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
