Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst Sr for a position OCONUS.
Must be qualified to both repair and train on USSOCOM supported weapons. The performance of duties include inspect, clean, repair, and rebuild weapons and accessories as required to a serviceable condition in compliance with USSOCOM Technical Manuals. If the weapon or accessory is deemed unrepairable, coordination will be made with the theater property book officer to divest equipment per disposition instructions provided by PM LETHALITY.
Perform detailed assembly and disassembly of SOF-p small arms weapons including small arms inspection, maintenance, and major repairs.
Support and provide guidance/recommendations to command personnel on related supplies and services.
Coordinate with theater property manager to update property accountability records to include a complete trail of all transactions suitable for audit.
Perform an analysis and provide recommendations for inventory high, low, and re-order points for spare parts in support of weapons and accessories for PM LETHALITY approval.
Maintain adequate inventory of parts and accessories to support assigned theater. Replenishment of inventory, which will be achieved by requisition through the supported unit’s logistics information system.
Conduct physical inventory of all repair parts every 90 days and provide inventory to the COR and the PM.
As needed, deliver a Program of Instruction in the event a new PM LETHALITY weapon or VAS is introduced to the field.
Establish shop safety procedures needed to work in a small arms environment.
Conduct refresher classes on maintenance, care, repair, and cleaning of weapons as required.

Able to travel internationally.

Basic Qualifications:
5 years military experience in preventative/corrective small arms weapons maintenance or required minimum of four years’ experience employed as a military small arms repairman or SOF Operator specializing in weapons.
5 years’ experience on SOF-p weapons platforms and within the past 2 years have completed either the USASOC SOF-p /Weapons Repair Course, a military armorer’s course, or industry equivalent weapons course specializing in SOF-p weapons.
Possess skills equal to or greater than Army MOS-91F, or Marine Corps MOS-2111 personnel.
Must be capable of performing training support duties associated with the operation, maintenance, and sustainability of small arms and crew served weapons training and maintenance of all SOF-p weapons and associated equipment.
Must possess experience in firearm instruction by having completed a minimum of 80 hours of weapon instruction as a primary instructor.
Must be skilled in the use of hand tools, test equipment, and precision measuring equipment.
Must possess an ability to interpret technical manuals, illustrations, specifications, and diagrams.
Must possess a basic knowledge of computer operations for inventory control, weapon maintenance record keeping, and parts requisitioning and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must pass pre-deployment medical screening and possess the physical strength to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

- Possess active listening and strong communication skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge and proficiency in SOF weapons such as MK13, MK18, MK19, MK44, MK47, MK48, M9, M79, minigun, etc.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
