- 7-on/7-off block schedule; mostly days with some swing shifts
- Collegial team of 18 hospitalists and mid-level support
- ICU with 24/7 intensivist coverage
- No procedures required (can do them only if you want to)
- Open to IM or FM physicians available now and 2024 residents with ties to the Hawaiian Islands
