We are seeking a highly organized and responsible office manager to join our growing optometric practice. In this position, you will report directly to the doctors and be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic to keep it running smoothly.
A partial list of responsibilities includes organizing office operations and procedures and ensuring these procedures are being followed by staff; managing relationships with vendors ensuring that items are invoiced and paid on time; preparing daily and weekly reports and submitting to appropriate personnel and providing friendly and professional first line support to all employees.
Critical qualities include professionalism, strong interpersonal and management skills, ability to prioritize and outstanding attention to detail.
