In this role, you will report to the Director of Project Services and be responsible for the day-to-day execution of client projects through their completion. The ideal candidate will have multiple roles ranging from: technical support for our installation teams, overseeing large scale deployments with the project team, onsite customer meetings to address complex customer needs, system programming, network design and training clients to use their systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with project requirements while overseeing its execution and providing administrative support to the project team.
Responsibilities:
- Administer project deployments from end to end, conducting initial client system training upon completion.
- Provide administrative and technical support to installers and clients, resolving deployment related issues.
- Manage project-related deliveries ensuring project equipment orders are correct, updated, operational and delivered to the correct client site(s).
- Coordinate distribution of project-related equipment and supplies; updating clients and installers.
- Tracking project process and communicating status updates to clients, project teams, and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with all project-related agreements and documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across projects.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, work with senior level staff to recommend and implement solutions.
- Report changes in the project scope or any additional work to the project team before proceeding.
- Other specific duties as assigned by other senior level staff.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience managing Enterprise-Level Systems, managing IP Based video systems is a plus
- Strong experience and knowledge of IT and Networking environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Superior analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and safely multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- High School Diploma or a GED Certificate.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic Customer Service Skills.

Working Conditions
While performing the regular and traditional duties of this job, the employee may need to sit or stand for extended periods of time. You must be able to safely team lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
The noise level in the work environment may vary from quiet to moderate.
Location
This position is an onsite role located in our Essington, PA office.
Travel Requirements
This position may require some overnight travel (10-15%) to client sites.
Schedule
This is a Full-Time position. The typical schedule for this role is Monday to Friday and will rotate from 9AM to 5PM or 11AM to 8PM to accommodate customers with deployments in the West Coast. This role may require occasional nights or weekends depending on the customer’s business requirements.
