Position Details
Pay: $50,000/year
Location: This is a 100% work-from-home role, but we are seeking candidates in either Pacific or Mountain time.
Tasks:
- Be the point of contact for HR related questions/concerns from managers and employees in designated organizations; Facilitate employee communication with the HR Compliance Team to help ensure Logical Position is a safe and compliant workplace
- Work with managers to communicate expectations of the HR department with other employees in the office; Coach managers on employment issues, documentation, and polices to ensure consistent processes and procedures are followed
- Update and maintain interdepartmental resources and data to ensure compliance and accurate records within company systems and applications
- Be responsible for all HR functions related to designated organizations, including but not limited to:
- Creating performance reviews and maintaining the internal employee review system
- Supporting the department with new hire and termination processes
- Administering Logical Positions progressive discipline process
- Enforcing compliance with HR legal standards
- Updating and maintaining personnel files, job descriptions and other relevant documentation
- Provide support to the HR Team Lead to complete projects as needed
- Exercise discretion and independent judgement when working with employees to resolve employment issues and reduce the risk of employment-based litigation
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 1 years experience in an applicable HR role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Upbeat, friendly demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently and in a timely manner
