Position Details
Tasks:
- Oversee the daily functionality of Logical Position’s HRIS to ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data; lead the continuous evaluation and evolution of HRIS Systems that includes payroll, recruiting, benefits and compliance systems
- Lead projects associated with HRIS systems including continued testing and configuration, report writing, system optimizations, and the coordination of cross-functional dependencies between stakeholders
- Support all HRIS systems (data analysis, employee documents, research, testing, quality control, deployment, training, and administration) and end users in the use of HRIS applications and tools (recruitment, personnel performance evaluation, and document management systems)
- Work with leadership to understand business needs and translate those needs into projects, including prioritization, scheduling, and resource planning; effectively prioritize work and establish a strong partnership with Finance and Technology to ensure alignment on projects, priorities, and business objectives
- Develop, document, and maintain all current and new HRIS process workflows and logic for efficiency and compliance including but not limited to new hire processing, permission profiles, access groups, reporting and documentation management
- Stay up to date with data and privacy laws to ensure compliance with all current and new HRIS processes
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4 years of previous experience working in a business support role with an emphasis on HRIS management, HR, or Payroll
- Experience using Paycom
- Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (e.g., Macros, pivot tables, charts/graphs, conditional formatting, data tables, basic programming) and PowerPoint functionality
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to all levels within the organization, including non-technical audiences
- Autonomous; ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
