LogicManager is seeking an Integration Specialist with a consultative mindset and passion for technical problem-solving. LogicManager Integrations Specialists will generate customer value by providing their technical expertise and knowledge of PaaS tools to better embed LogicManager’s enterprise risk management products with leading technology providers to extend the capabilities of our own platform. This role has some customer-facing and vendor-facing aspects of requirements capture. The ideal candidate will excel in managing projects with technical stakeholders in large and mid-sized enterprises but will also support our internal team across our sales tech stack on an as-needed basis.

What you’ll be doing for the team
  • Assist customers with implementing integration solutions from end-to-end, including design, build, testing, deployment, and on-going support.
  • Coordinate with vendors and customers to define integration acceptance criteria and requirements
  • Build out custom connectors to various third-party platforms based on customer need
  • Configure standard integrations with common third-party platforms that support our out-of-the-box content offerings and align to ERM use cases
  • Analyze data from a variety of internal and external sources to drive the prioritization of integrations to be developed
  • Generate value for customers by embedding LogicManager in their internal tech stacks to increase product stickiness and reduce churn
  • Research and gain an understanding of ERM best practices across a variety of use cases
  • Support our Revenue Operations team and integrations across our internal sales tech stack (Hubspot, Gong, ZoomInfo, PlanHat, Netsuite, etc) on an as-needed basis.
  • Creating documentation and collateral to teach both internal teams and customers about our standard integrations and their capabilities

About you and the skills you’ll need
  • East Coast Time Zone: We are a remote-first workforce but are giving priority to candidates currently based on the east coast due to our core business hours (9am-5pm ET) and collaborative efforts as an organization. At this time, we are unable to consider candidates based in other regions and appreciate your understanding
  • Computer programming bootcamp candidates are welcome to apply
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in a role that provides experience utilizing REST APIs & JSON; API automation PaaS platforms like Zapier or Workato
  • Experience scripting with languages like Javascript or Python
  • Communicating complex information simplistically adjusting to various constituents within client organization  A strong educational understanding of data science, analytics, and information systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at a time – organization, time management, and attention to detail is critical
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable — candidates should be excited to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace an agile work styleWillingness to take initiative — we're looking for candidates who are creative and curious, and are willing to throw out new ideas or suggestions on how to improve
  • Curiosity: you have the desire to learn new systems and skills. If you’re someone with a Gitlab or Bitbucket because you have a need to create and experiment in your spare time this may be for you. 

Other nice to haves (preferred by not required):
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • SaaS experience
