Responsibilities:
LMI is seeking Cataloging Support Specialists (LCSP Team) to support the US Army Medical Materiel Development Activity’s (USAMMDA) mission to develop, manage and perform end to end life cycle logistics on medical equipment to protect and sustain the Warfighters and their families for the Nation. This position will have a specific focus of supporting the drafting of Life Cycle Sustainment Plans for medical equipment in a team setting. Other activities include management and support of medical data and cataloging of medical equipment and parts. Activities include working within: Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), bill of materials, WEBFLIS, Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW), Army systems and DLA systems. Must interact with vendors and work with parts lists, phrase codes, life cycle logistics codes and other sources. This position supports the Fort Detrick, MD location (Contractor office within 10 miles of Fort Detrick).

- Interface with Government representatives, as required, for the length of projects
- Participate in the production of parts catalogs, and related spare parts documents, to ensure that assigned tasks are in compliance with military specifications and/or commercial requirements
- Collect and compile data used in parts catalogs, as required, along with applying proper Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) life cycle and phrase codes
- Obtain information from engineering drawings, bills of material, ECNs, ECPs, EOs, vendors, and other available sources
- Compile vendor code lists
- Possess basic understanding of provisioning specifications (i.e. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Financial Management regulation (FMR) and the Defense Logistics Agency’s (DLA) rules and regulations)
- Provide support for up to 15 personnel and their assigned deployed equipment
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 0-3 years experience
- Experience with on-line web forms (tracking and entering data in on-line forms)
- Desired: Experience with medical devices or a working knowledge of Army medical Sets Kits and Outfits (SKO)
- Plus: past experience with Life Cycle Sustainment Plans
- Public Trust Clearance; Secret Clearance desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
