This position provides a full range of administrative and office support to DOD & Space market leaders and their teams. Support given in areas of calendar, meeting, invoices, travel and expense, to overall administrative support as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide analytical and administrative support to government clients and contract team members.

• Manage SharePoint Knowledge Management Portal, including content management, application optimization, and capabilities training
• Maintain and manage files, records and documents
• Support meeting planning and execution
• Develop, maintain, and compile regular data analysis reports of growth functions; Monitor information for trend analysis and measure against metrics
• Manage calendars for multiple VPs with intent to standardize routine engagements/requirements, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes
• Attend meetings, capture and post key decisions; follow-up to ensure actions completed
• Learn and leverage corporate tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• 0-5 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
• Experience using SharePoint and exposure to the fundamentals of Knowledge Management
• Willingness to learn and expand technical skill set.
