Summary: Provide support for an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5 organizational wide system. Provide all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of AEM forms.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the architecture and development of AEM 6.5 eForms and custom workflows.
  • Assist users in the design and development of new AEM eForms as requested.
  • Develop/create Adaptive forms, HTML 5 forms, Templates, Components, Themes,Schemas, Forms Portal, Forms conversion. Form Data Models, OSGI workflows, JSONand XML Schemas, CSS development/maintenance in AEM Sites and AEM eForms.
  • Create workflow processes with various data sources and web services such as SharePointOnline, Power Platform, Azure Storage Account, and SQL MI.
  • Administer and maintain the organization wide AEM Authoring and Publishing environment for end user building eForms.
  • Define and developing new page and component layouts
  • Use JavaScript for validating data, offering page navigation with the Complex Form,connecting to web services for data gathering, etc.
  • Build custom OSGI Services to customize or extend AEM OSGI Services
  • Update and maintain existing OIG wide InfoPath eForms during a migration to AEM.
  • Build organizational level complex AEM eForms based on user requirements.
  • Maintain and debug existing AEM eForms.
  • Perform analysis on emerging application enhancements as benefit to the business models.
  • Provide input and best practice recommendations to current and future policies and procedures as needed or requested.
  • Conduct internal technical reviews to improve performance, support, and technical enhancements.
  • Work assigned service tickets and tasks IAW the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL).
  • Develop standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, technical bulletins, and other documents in support of Directorate.


Required Qualifications
:

  • Minimum of 3 years of working experiences in Adobe Experience Manager OSGi Forms 6.4 or 6.5, Sites (Forms Portal), and Form Designer.
  • Specific tools/experience areas: Adobe Designer VS Code, IntelliJ IDEA
  • Certifications: AEM Forms Developer Certified Expert.
  • Education level: Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required
  • Soft skill qualifications: Critical thinking, Problem solving, Time management, Conflict resolution, Teamwork, Effective communication (Written/Oral), Creative thinking, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Preferred Skillsets/Knowledge Areas

  • SharePoint Server 2019 and SharePoint Online (SPO)
  • Experienced working with/or developing government forms
  • Custom Workflow development
  • Knowledge of various program languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript


Clearance:
DOJ Public Trust (High Risk) – Tier 4 background investigation completed before starting work.


Location (Hybrid Work Environment):
Washington, DC 20002. On occasion, the contractor shall be required to attend meetings with OIG or DOJ personnel or perform in office work task.
