Provide critical partnership to the Americas Sales and Marketing team by supporting the Gross-to-Net Revenue of the North America and LATAM markets. This includes forecasting, reporting, and analyses of promotion and marketing programs spend for the commercial and B2B business, related key performance metrics, and managing the gross-to-net aspects of revenue. The role partners across multiple functions including regional sales, marketing, controllership, and global commercial finance teams to deliver consistent financial forecasting, business reporting and analysis supports, controls, compliance, and process improvements.

Own the weekly promotion spend reporting process to track and measure performance against planProvide analysis and strategy support on promotion spend to business partnersDevelop and maintain financial models to automate and streamline business analysis on gross to net spendPrepare budget and forecast planning for gross to net spend by liaising with sales and marketing business partnersSupport gross to net management including controls, compliance, monthly revenue accruals, and planning review and analysisIdentify and support opportunities to drive operational efficiencies and process improvementsSupport period end reporting and close processesKey

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:Bachelor or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics6 years of FP&A experience, preferable in high growth Retail, Consumer Electronics, or Tech businessExcellent analytical and business support skillsStrong working knowledge of financial planning, forecast and reporting processes, with advanced modeling and presentation skillsStrong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work well with a diverse and dispersed group of stakeholders and business partnersExceptional attention to details and proven ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast paced and rapidly changing environmentAbility to manage and organize priorities effectivelyExperience with Oracle ERP, Essbase and planning systems such as OneStream is a strong plusLogitech is the sweet spot for people who are passionate about products, making a mark, and having fun doing it.As a company, we're small and flexible enough for every person to take initiative and make things happen.
