Location: On-Site in Bedford, MA
This Role:
As a Manager in EDI at LogixHealth, you will assist and support the Senior Manager in managing, planning, and guiding the daily activities of the EDI department. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment and will bring your expertise to ensure timely claim submission; monitoring and retrieval of 835, and placement of reports.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and a desire to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure appropriate training for new hires
- Analyze current workflow to make recommendations for process improvement
- Manage staff workload and productivity
Qualifications:

The following requirements are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required to perform this job successfully. Required:
- Two to three years related experience with prior supervisory and EDI experience
- Knowledge in electronic file processing
- Ability to track and resolve EDI production system problems
- Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
