Location: Bedford, MA
This Role:
The Process Improvement Senior Manager will be responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities and developing and implementing process improvements. The role is to help making Operations work easier and faster, so that we can deliver quality work in a timely manner to all our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing processes to identify improvements and prioritize high-value improvement opportunities
- Lead identification, deployment, and implementation of best practice operational methodologies to improve all aspects of operational work
- Facilitate the development and implementation of improvement ideas and leads projects as necessary
- Ensure improvement effort is followed through with documentation along with the communication of best practices and lessons learned
- Identify the appropriate stakeholders and bring together multidisciplinary teams when planning and implementing a new process
- Coordinate the process improvement implementation and monitor post-implementation
- Continually drive the need for change by providing guidance, coaching and direct hands-on support to the Operations
- Comply with all State and Federal Laws regarding an effective Compliance Program inclusive of HIPAA Privacy and Security
Qualifications:

Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with business process improvement, working with cross-functional teams, using a wide range of process improvement techniques and methodologies
- Experienced cross-functional collaborator
Knowledge of Revenue Cycle, ED Billing, Billing Systems - Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail capabilities
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Preferred:
- Previous experience in the healthcare field highly preferred
