This position has the potential to evolve into the Director of IT for the organization.

Our Client is in need of a NetSuite Consultant to assist with a recent NetSuite implementation. This person will work closely with our Client's finance team to conduct training sessions/demos with the business stakeholders on the committed deliverables to meet business requirements to make sure the day to day business runs smoothly. The primary function is to support their order to cash process workstream as well as distribution. This is an ASAP hire that will last through June of 2022 and most likely beyond.

Assist with data import process, data cleanup, and data migration from various systems

• Primary point of contact for users regarding application support
• Discuss ongoing requirements with business areas and suggest solutions in NetSuite, or provide the necessary customizations, including custom user interfaces, workflows, and scripts
• Work with the business areas to generate custom reports as necessary
• Document all customizations and workflows
• Help troubleshoot and resolve everyday NetSuite issues
• Knowledge of roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, saved searches, dashboards and forms to manage unique business process requirements within NetSuite
• On-going data analysis for management
• Develop policies and procedures related to NetSuite systems controls and operations, data security and compliance, electronic storage and organization strategy and maintenance
• Develop and maintain training documentation and process diagrams for existing and new business processes

Experience required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related field, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Engineering
• 5 years NetSuite Administrator minimum
• System integration testing and unit testing
• ERP systems, 5 years minimum
• Operating in a manufacturing and distribution environment
• NetSuite Functional areas:

• Good process documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Successful experience supporting end users

• NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred
• WMS (Preferably RF-Smart)
• PaceJet
• Solupay
• NetSuite implementation
• SQL
• Ecommerce
• Business Intelligence Reporting and Development Tools
• Basic understanding of networks and troubleshooting

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $100.00 - $125.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
