Job Summary
The People Operations Specialist will be the first full-time role supporting the employment lifecycle! You’ll be the Ambassador and the day-to-day ‘face’ of the People Operations function, providing an exceptional experience for all Lohman team members and candidates – your customers!
Your Responsibilities
- Provides an exceptional candidate experience in the hiring, onboarding, and orientation processes
- Designs & executes team member gatherings and events
- Interfaces routinely with all team members and monitors team member satisfaction and company morale
- Leads team member safety, welfare, and wellness programs
- Organizes the annual performance review process
- Ensures year-round certification/training compliance
- Maintains & updates the HRIS system to include team member records, compensation, and payroll processes
- Maintains & provides improvement suggestions for People processes and policies

The Negotiables
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Who You’ll Work With
- You will report to the Executive Partner responsible for the People function.
- You will work closely with a “People Executive” (consultant) who is responsible for senior/strategic level People work, and will serve as your mentor.
