Responsibilities:
Consistently apply firm standards and tactics to achieve client goals.
Utilize methods of discovery to push cases to closure.
Prepares subpoenas and medical/billing requests.
Work with assigned attorney to negotiate settlements and prepare settlement orders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior Civil Paralegal experience preferred but not required.
