We are looking for candidates who inspire and will lead a store team to create moments of surprise and delight with generous gestures for our Guests, both internal and external.
Responsibilities
These are some of the things our Store Managers learn to do:
- Consistently achieve store goals.
- Attract, hire, and train store team members.
- Consistently coach store teams to create exceptional Guest experiences.
- Share and grow your and the store team’s expertise in all things candy.
- Ensure meticulous quality in operational processes and inventory controls.
- Offer eye-popping choice to every Guest with clean, full, Guest-ready visual merchandising.
- Maintain of the safety and security of the store, store team, Guests, and products.
- Be a champion of Lolli & Pops both inside and outside of the store.

We are proud to be a company of firsts – including your first Store Manager position – So previous Store Manager experience is not required!
- 18 years or older
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and Holidays.
- Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time and perform physically demanding tasks in proximity to others.
- Have a current Food Handler’s card (you can acquire this after you receive a job offer).
