The individual who makes these relishing pastries and other bakery products is called Baker. A baker is skilled in making breads, desserts, pastries and other bakery products. Bakers are also often required to work alone; for this reason, the ability to be self-motivated is a huge advantage for aspiring bakers.Of all the skills, knowledge and traits it is important for a baker to possess, the most important ones of all are a sound knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, and the discipline to enforce those standards. You must work early and be able to stand at least 8 hours.You will
- Prepares corn bread muffins, and biscuits according to recipe: Checks production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake.
- Measures ingredients, using measuring cups and spoons.
- Mixes ingredients to form dough or batter by hand or using electric mixer.
- Make Salads, cakes, peach cobblers, waffle mix
