What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Hostess (PT) position at Lombardi Caterers?
Host/Hostess will greet customers and seat them or answer questions. The Host/Hostess will be the first person a customer sees when they walk through the door, so they must exude professionalism and friendliness.
Also needs to be very well spoken to take calls for prospective clients.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Greets customers in a friendly manner
- Service of all customers timely, friendly and professional.
- Handles cash transactions.
- Closes and proves cash drawer at the end of the night.
- Follows up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
