What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Host position at Lone Star Taco Bar?
Core job responsibilities include:
- Welcome customers with a friendly and inviting demeanour
- Manage flow of business
- Carding for proper identification
Monitoring intoxication levels and politely denying entry when applicable
- Seating guests at tables/bar and giving them menus
- Keeping organized with seating arrangements
- Manage the waitlist system and accurately quote wait times during peak business
- Responsible for handeling all takeout orders and payments
- Assist servers and bartenders with light bussing duties to ensure quick table turns and prompt guest service
- Experience using Toast POS System is preferred
