For the past 75 years, Long Energy, a local family owned business, has been delivering fuel and providing exceptional HVAC services to its customers in the Capital Region and surrounding areas. We are looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks at our various locations such as repairs and cleaning.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc. in the garage/parts warehouse;
- Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.;
- Do yard upkeep by mowing lawn, raking leaves, and organizing the storage yard, etc.;
- Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs;
- Deliver parts for jobs to our service technicians as needed;
- Report to a fleet manager for other tasks as assigned;
Skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well with others and to participate in a team;
- Reliability is key for the success of this role;
- Ability to Lift up to 150 pounds;
- Valid Drivers License, that is insurable with our insurance carrier;
