What are the responsibilities and job description for the DOT Driver & Superintendent position at Long Fence?

LONG® FENCE is currently seeking a Driver and Field Superintendent. This position will be based out of our Odenton, MD office. The Superintendent will be responsible for leading crews to meet project goals in a safe manner and perform quality audits. The Superintendent will work in coordination with the installation department and sales staff to ensure a positive client experience for every project. The Superintendent should have construction installation experience, working from blueprints and specifications, as well as a working knowledge of field and crew supervision.

Duties to include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive a 24' Flat Bed Truck
  • Assist Crews with Job Set Up and Installation
  • Site Visits to Verify Installs or Rectify Concerns
  • Customer Service with Commercial Clients
