Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must be ardent about serving and protecting our elderly population.
Have a professional and judicious demeanor allowing him/her to effectively deal with staff members, residents/patients, family members, visitors, physicians, government agencies/personnel, and the community even under stressful or taxing circumstances.
An inspirational leader and mentor who brings out the best in his/her managers and staff.
Possesses a keen sense of business management guided by a strong set of ideals and integrity.
Prior business management experience preferred.
Must have a bachelor’s degree to complete this program.
