As a QC Labs Systems Lead within Lonza Group Operations, you will be able to combine the technical know-how of Information System processes with analytical tasks and business insights. In this position you will work in close collaboration with Global Process Owners in Global Quality to ensure alignment of process and technologies.
Key responsibilities:
The position combines the technical know-how of Information System processes with analytical tasks and business insights
Works in close collaboration with Global Process Owners to ensure alignment of process and technologies
- Defines and identifies the business cases that support the initiation of Laboratory Systems (ELNS, SoftMaxPro, CDS, MODA, LIMS, WINKQCL etc) initiatives, opportunities and solutions that cover current or potential applications/technology at the manufacturing sites.
Responsible to define and deliver the interfaces of the applications in the portfolio
Responsible to drive the Lonza roadmap for the applications in the portfolio
Lead the definition (URS/FS) of functionalities and interfaces for the systems in the area of responsibilities
Developing business cases and leading digital capital projects in the area of responsibility
Ensuring the compliance of these systems with all relevant local, global, industry and regulatory policies and guidelines, (e.g. CSV, GXP)
Design Authority. Own global QC Lab systems and oversight of implementation and maintenance (approval of change requests) across the network
Proactively identify opportunities for to deliver innovative solutions to customer issues/challenges and situations where leading edge technological innovations can be deployed to business advantage
Key requirements:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Related Fields
Extensive experience in working with QC Systems for the Pharma Industry
Business Analysis Certification advantage
Structured, precise and well-organized working attitude; open-minded for new ideas and suggestions; agile, highly motivated and dynamic drive
Excellent English language skills are required
