Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and friendly Front of House Team member to join our team! We encourage you to go above and beyond by providing an unparalleled customer experience. The Front of House Team works as a TEAM by enhancing the guest experience at all steps of their journey at LOOK. You will greet guests at the box office and host stand, take orders in lobbies and theaters, make quality bar drinks, and deliver food and beverage directly to our guests. Our goal is to provide our guests with an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests, encouraging app download, loyalty signup, mobile, kiosk and web ordering
• Assist guests with ticket, food and beverage purchases
• Make high quality bar drinks
• Deliver food and beverage in a timely manner
• Keep work areas clean and tidy at all times
• Work as a team and communicate with all LOOK Team Members in a respectful manner
• Adhere to all alcohol, food, safety and sanitation rules/regulations
• Collect guest payments after orders have been taken

Key Qualifications

• Team player focused on guest service
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be TABC certified and have a Food Handlers license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for 6 to 9 hours at a time
• Ability to speak and read English
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
