Responsibilities
- Manage all functions of accounting for Look East and their clients including company performance evaluation.
- Analyze budgets, financial reports, and additional data that supports business operations and growth.
- Ability to anticipate future business scenarios and issues.
- Oversee company technology including network infrastructure, internet, computer, and phone systems.
- Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
- Ensure compliance with required federal, state and local reporting and registration requirements.
- Handle confidential documents including the processing of company payroll.
- Manage contracts and agreements affecting company operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- 6-8 years of experience managing daily business accounting and fiscal functions.
- Proven experience developing and managing budgets including forecasting for future business initiatives.
- Knowledge of HR practices and ability to implement procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with company vendors.
- Proficiency in technology including experience with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks Desktop.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
Look East offers a compensation package in the $80 -$90k range and a comprehensive benefit package.
