Job Posting for Head of People at LOOP
The Role:
LOOP is searching for a Head of People to help lead our people operations as we enter our high-growth phase. Talent development, employee engagement, Human Resources, payroll, stock option awards, benefits and compensation — the ideal candidate has been exposed and worked directly in these areas of People Ops for many years, and ideally in the context of a high-growth early stage company.
We are 50 employees at Series A stage, and in the next 9-12 months hoping to grow our workforce to 100 as we enter Series B. Targeting 250 employees in the 12 months thereafter.
What You'll Do:
- Setting Objectives and Key Results,
- Leading and implementing people operations strategy,
- Setting and delivering on targets,
- Managing up and reporting directly into the C-Suite,
- Crafting performance evaluation systems,
- Helping transpose our company’s values into workplace policies — these are the activities you can expect on a day to day basis.
Qualifications:
- 7-9 years of HR / People Ops experience,
- Has worked in a high-growth startup context,
- Has worked at a Senior or Management level capacity in their role
- Has high aptitude for change
- Deeply positive, engaged, and fulfilled by their work,
- Loves bringing out the best in others.
