What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a New York based Talent Partner to join our successful global Talent Acquisition team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the growth of the business by focusing on sourcing and engaging the best talent within the AdTech space. You will be a key part of the NY Sales team, sitting alongside them in our Union Square office to build strong relationships and to understand their needs and business priorities.
As our Talent Partner, you will be:
- Actively headhunting for talent across the US but with a specific focus on New York
- Owning some end-to-end recruitment, but your primary focus will be on headhunting and curating a black book of talent
- Working closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager to funnel candidates through the process for Sales, Marketing, Client Services and Measurement roles
- Ensuring a diverse slate of talent across all levels from Associate through to Sales Director
- Keeping a warm book of talent; periodical check-ins, phone calls, setting up email nurture campaigns and making sure the ATS is up to date with all recent activity
- Meeting candidates in person in NYC, taking them for coffee, meeting them / networking at events and socials
- Effectively pitching us to passive talent; you’ll know LoopMe inside and out
- Promoting our internal referral scheme to help leverage talent networks
You’ll have
- Previous sourcing / headhunting experience, particularly for Sales roles within digital media / adtech
- The ability to understand and articulate detailed sales compensation schemes
- A natural ability to network; you thrive from being with your stakeholders as well as getting to know potential future Loopers
- Creativity with how to find and approach talent
- The ability to balance confidence, tenacity and emotional intelligence
- Knowledge of sourcing across different platforms, using boolean and x-ray searches
- Effective multitasking and time management skills to juggle multiple briefs at once
- A proactive, curious and self-starter mindset

Our Compensation and Benefits for New York residents only
$100,000 - $120,000 base salary USD Annually
In accordance with New York law, the range provided is LoopMe’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location. All employees may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as stock-based compensation, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. LoopMe also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions.
