Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Assist the recruitment process, ensuring effective talent acquisition through innovative sourcing strategies.
- Manage employee orientation programs to ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and contracts.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Lead succession planning efforts to ensure a robust pipeline of talent for key positions within the organization.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while promoting best practices in human resources.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in employee orientation processes to enhance new hire integration.
- Experience with contract negotiation and management related to employment agreements.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to optimize recruitment efforts.
- Expertise in talent acquisition strategies that attract top-tier candidates.
- Knowledge of succession planning methodologies to develop future leaders within the company.
- Proven recruiting skills with a focus on building diverse talent pools.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources management
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, FMLA, and benefits administration
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and performance management
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
