Job Description
- Transportation of ambulatory, wheelchair, and stretcher residents.
- Follow Driver safety rules: no cellphone use/seatbelt use.
- Observe and report changes in resident’s condition promptly to nurse.
- Observe safety and infection control practices.
- Honor residents’ rights and individual preferences/choices when providing care.
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident health information.
- Ensure all documentation is entered timely into electronic charting system as indicated when providing care to residents.
- Ensure residents are appropriately dressed and groomed for doctors’ visits and outings.
- Attend and participate in facility in-services (including online education) and staff meetings.
