Schedule : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday 12 : 00 pm - 4 : 00 pm
Pay : $17.28 / hr

Day Porter Qualifications :
- Janitorial experience preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Meet the physical requirements : constantly walking, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, reaching over the shoulder, lifting, and carrying.
- Constant weight 1-35 lbs. Occasional weight 36-50 lbs.
Day Porter General function :
- Pick up trash as needed and empty trash receptacles.
- Perform cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning cobwebs, wiping down surfaces, restroom cleaning, etc.
- Clean exterior surfaces of windows, windowsills, and doors.
- Remove and / or clean up any debris or soil such as stickers, chewing gum, coffee spills, graffiti, etc.
- Continuously walk the property to inspect all public areas for cleanliness.
- Notify the supervisor in case there is a need for repairs.
- Required to always wear the appropriate safety equipment for the task, which includes gloves, goggles, safety vest, and any other safety equipment that the task requires.
The Ideal Day Porter :
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to complete the physical requirements of the job.
- Day porter / janitor / custodian experience preferred. We Offer :
