Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a welcoming smile, be engaging with our guests.
- Must be fully knowledgeable of our menu.
- Guide guests with recommendation’s and be aware of allergy issues.
- Effectively take guests orders.
- Running your food orders if the food runners get backed up.
- Must be able to correctly work a POS system.
- Properly handle cash and other forms of payments.
- Evaluate proper identification of guests to insure they are of proper drinking age.
- Communicate with our kitchen team on any manners pertaining to any guest requirement.
- Follow all SNHD food and sanitation guidelines.
- Must have Food Handler Safety Card in Nevada.
- Must have Alcohol Awareness Card.
- Reports all breakage, damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management.
- Properly sets-up floor and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management.
- Assist other areas of the restaurant when necessary.
- All other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For:
- Must have at least one year of prior serving experience.
- Candidates must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
- Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
- Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and holidays.
