Grill Cook responsibilities include:
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Cooking various meat on flat iron grill, ensure quality up to par with restaurant standards.
- Understand the different sauces and ingredients used.
- Assist chef in preparing various food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
- Review catering order and plan for the next days catering events and prepare meats, salad and sauces according to orders and order size.
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Wash and Clean pots and pans when needed
- Clean the Grill at the end of the shift and clean the hood filters at the end of the week.
- Review inventory at the end of the day with manager or chef to ensure inventory is sufficient for the on coming days.
Job brief
We are looking for a professional Grill Cook to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu. Grill Cook duties will consist of assisting the executive chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

Salary : $17 - $20
