Job Expectations and Responsibilities
Baking of items in preparation for store operations and display
Work with Bakery Leaders to identify and solve any timing or quality issues that may arise
Communicate with baking staff to make sure all necessary product is being made
Ensure the product is packaged correctly - paper vs. plastic, handle bags, etc.
Act as a quality control person, ensuring all product that goes out for delivery is up to our high standard of quality
Tidy, sweep and clean the back packaging room and packing table so it is ready for the following shift
Qualifications: A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
Strong ability to multi-task
Basic mathematical skills
Ability to problem solve quickly
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to follow directions
