Qualifications To Perform The Job
Business analysis experience in Commercial P&C insurance with a background in Information Technology or Commercial Insurance Operations and/or Claims
Knowledge of Commercial Insurance lines including Commercial Automobile, GL, Property, Excess and Specialty Lines
Experience With ISO Commercial Lines And Related Data Requirements
Hands-on experience with one or more vendor Commercial Insurance claims platforms
Experience with Claims Enterprise application, processing and/or data reporting needs a plus
Experience managing vendor and/or consulting teams
Proficient in the use of MS Office, DevOps, SQL/data reporting tools, ticketing/problem tracking systems
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience defining and following SDLC guidelines
Proven record of flexibility and team participation
Able and willing to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a rapidly growing environment

- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a business analyst, IT business systems analyst, insurance data analyst or similar role in the Commercial P&C industry
- Preferred experience includes multiple commercial and specialty lines
